Jason is a dairy farmer competing at this years Royal Easter Show. He talks about the skills involved in breeding prize winning dairy cattle. He chats about the criteria of award-winning dairy cattle - cattle which have clean skin, strong attachment of the udder, the ability to produce a lot of milk. He shares the challenges of the job, how to encourage them to milk during the show, and how to prepare them for the show.
