John Hablitschek was born in Italy and is the next generation of a family of artists that can be traced back to the 17th century. He began his career learning the trade of furniture making, but his passion for art and design led him to studying basic design at East Sydney Technical College where he studied architecture, interior design and sculpture. John specialises is enamelled sculpture, murals and jewellery.
