Icing on the cake

Sweet Art is, as it's name hints - sweet art. Sculpted cakes which are more art than dessert was created by Anthea Leonard twenty years ago, but has expanded to serving the needs of entire events. She and Chef Jean Michel Raynaud talk to SkillsOne about what exactly is needed to create unrivalled cakes.

The success behind the team is lots of creativity, passion and drive - and while both Anthea and Jean Michel now have a trade under their belt, they both started simply after cash to live - and found a passion for life.
