Cooking up a storm
We meet Sheryl Tobin, a third-year Hopitality apprentice on the very last day of her apprenticeship at the Box Hill Institute. Sheryl discusses learning as a mature age student and is asked if it presented any challenges or barriers for her. She openly discusses her love of food and her plans to use her newly developed skills in the future. Anyone interested in cooking, Hospitality or starting an apprenticeship as a mature-aged student should be inspired by Sheryl's passion.
