Whether you are a world cup racer or a weekend warrior everyone should have comfortable boots - this is the advice of James Stenos, qualified boot-fitter at Snowbound. While you have to be an experienced skier to work in a cool ski shop like Snowbound, you also must be trained to be a boot fitter.

James, now 22, has been skiing since he was four years old and is now a qualified skiing instructor. He has travelled overseas to famous ski-spots like Canada and now passes on his snow expertise to customers at Snowbound. When fitting boots, James performs a few simple, but vital, tests on customers, such as an Achilles tendon test and an arch strength test.
