Kirsty Lister from the New Zealand Defence Force trains up as a guest competitor in the Restaurant Service category of the WorldSkills Nationals competition.

Kirsty is a steward in the Army and tells how skilled New Zealanders were invited to participate in WorldSkills Australia as there were a few spots available. She chats about her job and how she loves the diverse range of food and people that she comes across in restaurant service.
