Craig Deardon, International Bronze Medalist returns to 2008 WorldSkills National held at the Convention Centre, Darling Harbour in Sydney to show how restaurant service can be environmentally sustainable.

Craig, who is sporting the bronze medal that he won in previous International WorldSkills Competition in Finland, tells how there is a green initiative at WorldSkills this year.
