St Johns Ambulance Survival Skills

We visit Lisa Martin from St John, who tells us about being a First Aid Trainer. She tells us about what's involved in being a trainer, what skills are needed to be a trainer, or work in first aid. She chats about the benefits of the job, who can be trained in first aid, and how long training takes.

She chats about the CPR courses, the basic first aid course, the senior first aid, advanced first aid, and occupational first aid.

She shares the changes in first aid over the past 30 years.

Lisa teaches people from every age, to every industry - first aid is something that too many people learn after something bad has happened.
