An Aqua Dining Apprenticeship

Aqua Dining is suspended above the historic North Sydney Olympic Pool, nestled between the Luna Park Face and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is a refined restaurant, both modern and minimalist in space, where diners can enjoy a uniquely Sydney dining experience.

Kiah Murphy is doing her HSC, in conjunction with Aqua Dining who is her employer and Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE who is the RTO delivering the training. Kiah is undertaking a School Based apprenticeship in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – Certificate III. She will gain credit for the course for her HSC. In this trade as an apprentice she will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to operate as a trade cook in a commercial kitchen environment. She will be indentured for 5 years- doing the first year of the trade course over Years 11 & 12 whilst still at school.
