What happens at a wine tasting?

What happens at a wine tasting? Is it really as intimidating as some people fear? Do you need to know a lot about wine to appreciate one? Join the SkillsOne team in Pokolbin as they attend a wine tasting at the gorgeous Pepper Tree Wines cellar door.

The Hunter Valley is Australia's oldest vineyard area with vines first being planted in 1831. The area is famous for its long lived Semillon white wines and its soft rich reds made from Shiraz. Here we did a wine-tasting tour - a fun way of learning about viticulture!
