Safety on a Foxtel Install

Downer EDI Engineering is one of two companies contracted to install Foxtel to residential and commercial buildings.

John Peddell, who is a QA (Quality Assurance) for this company, is an electrician by trade who started out do electronics repairs on televisions, video recorders etc. He left because there was no money in the industry as people throw things away now rather than repair televisions etc. Realising that Pay TV was the way of the future, he turned to this. He loves being out and about, putting his technical skills to work and mentoring others (such as George, the Cable Technician) - much better than an office job he reckons!
