Stan Stamatellis has owned Deep Water Plumbing for the last eleven years. His first job was with a bank and he hated it so he became an apprentice at the age of 21. On leaving the bank, Stan was keen for some outdoor work and was interviewed by a plumber friend who asked if he "could spell VB" and was given a job straight away!
Originally Stan was a one-man show, but he has steadily built up his business. He employees 8 full time staff all year round and 2 of those are apprentices who study at TAFE.
