Premier Awards was founded by Geoff Warleigh in 1960. The company creates a range of merchandise including corporate awards, sports awards, custom design trophies and engraving. They also have a sister company called ProBlast who specialise in sandblasting services and equipment.

Geoff started off running indoor sports centres where he found himself unable to source people who could make the trophies and awards he was looking for. This motivated him to buy a little company called 'The Trophy Factory'. Geoff believes that this is such a unique industry to be a part of - there is so much work out there, yet he cannot find enough capable artists and staff. He really believes that more young people need to know that this is a valid career decision.
