Sending us your Video CV is a brilliant way to bring some personality to your job applications and give prospective employers a much better indication of who you are. For anyone who hasn't looked into this feature, you should take a few minutes to check it out.

Training awards

The Annual Training Awards have recently been held in Tasmania and over the past few weeks some of the states have held their various training awards, who will now go on to the National awards.

Congratulations to:

• The three winners of the inaugural Tasmanian Employer Choice Awards - Fairbrother Pty Ltd, WHK Group Tasmania and Hazell Brothers Pty Ltd.
  
• The winner of the 2007 Queensland Training Awards - Gladstone Schools Engineering Skills Centre; and
  
• The winner of the NSW Training Awards 2007 winner, Illawarra Retirement Trust
